The Sea Pines Commercial Architectural Review Board oversees commercial properties in designated areas outside the Sea Pines gates, primarily along the vehicular approaches to the community. The map below shows the boundaries of CARB's jurisdiction, highlighted in pink, which includes commercial corridors along Pope Avenue, portions of the Forest Beach area, and other specified commercial zones. Commercial property owners within these areas must obtain CARB approval for all new construction, renovations, signage, and alterations. If you are unsure whether your property falls within CARB jurisdiction, please contact the CARB Administrator for clarification.
